WHERE WE HAVE DONE THIS
Our work is not one-dimensional. It spans founders, programs, and ecosystems. View how that work shows up in practice.
What this means
This body of work reflects a consistent approach:
-
We work across the full lifecycle of a business
-
We operate both at the founder level and ecosystem level
-
We adapt to sector and market realities
-
We focus on practical execution, not theory
-
The result is not just programs delivered, but businesses built, tested, and improved within real market conditions.
1
Designing and delivering accelerator and incubator programs
We work with entrepreneurship support organisations to design and deliver programs that move founders from idea to execution and market readiness. This includes:
-
Curriculum development
-
Program and bootcamp design
-
Training and workshop facilitation
-
Post-program coaching
Examples of this work:
-
With E4Impact, we developed go-to-market and strategy modules for accelerator and incubator cohorts, supporting early-stage businesses to refine ideas and enter markets.
-
With Villgro Africa, we supported an 8-month healthtech accelerator by developing curriculum and delivering training tailored to the sector.
-
With Bizzell (US) and SNDBX, we designed and delivered a 7-month entrepreneurship challenge for 20 women entrepreneurs in Kenya, focused on building viable business models and market readiness.
2
Building sector-specific and ecosystem-led programs
We adapt our work to sector realities and ecosystem needs, especially in agriculture, climate, and circular economy spaces.
Examples of this work:
-
With Shona and Biovision, we co-developed the business model and go-to-market components for the Neycha agroecology accelerator, supporting food system innovators across East Africa.
-
With Solidaridad (LISEC project), we developed a capacity-building program for tanneries in Ethiopia focused on circular economy and green jobs.
-
With AICCRA and partners, we supported the design and delivery of an agri-focused hackathon addressing post-harvest losses through climate-smart innovation.
-
With Shona and Welthungerhilfe (WHH), we delivered revenue unblocker workshops for social enterprises in WASH and agriculture struggling with business model activation.
3
Supporting large founder cohorts with practical tools and training
We work at scale with founder cohorts, focusing on practical tools that improve commercialization, investor readiness, and execution.
Examples of this work:
-
Delivered investor readiness and go-to-market training to large startup cohorts across the SNDBX network, including a 3-day program supporting up to 200 startups.
-
Designed and delivered entrepreneurship programs that have supported hundreds of founders across East and West Africa through structured training and advisory.
-
With INTEGRATION (GIZ-funded program), we trained over 70 ESOs in Kenya on business development and customer retention strategies through online programs.
-
Across multiple engagements, we have strengthened the delivery capacity of accelerators, incubators, and technical institutions through structured training and program design.
4
Working across geographies and sectors
Our work spans multiple African markets and sectors, reflecting the realities of entrepreneurship across the continent.
-
Projects delivered across Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Ethiopia, Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe, and Malawi
-
Sector-agnostic approach covering agriculture, fintech, healthcare, energy, education, mobility, water, and professional services
